BECKLEY AUTOMOTIVE NATIONWIDE PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY

WHO MAKES THIS WARRANTY

This warranty is made by Beckley Automotive Services and extended only to the original purchaser and not to anyone who may purchase your automobile from you during the term of the warranty. This warranty may be honored by other facilities only with proper authorization from Beckley Automotive Services.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

This warranty covers the following types of repairs:

  • A. Air Conditioning, heating and climate control systems.
  • B. Engine cooling systems.
  • C. Engine performance, driveability services and repair.
  • D. Emission control system.
  • E. Fuel systems.
  • F. Electronic engine management system and other on- board computer systems, (engine, body, brake and suspension computers) Cruise control systems.
  • G. Brake system.
  • H. Starting and Charging systems.
  • I. Electrical system.
  • J. Exhaust system.
  • K. Ignition system.
  • L. Steering/suspension systems, wheel bearings and CV joints/U-joints, Half-shafts and drive-shafts.
  • M. Clutches, clutch components,
  • N. Other minor repairs

Beckley Automotive Services warrants that the above repairs and services performed at this location will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months or 24,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, measured from the date of repair and the odometer reading shown on this repair order. This warranty is conditioned on the vehicle being subjected only to normal, non-commercial use and receiving reasonable and necessary maintenance during the warranty period. If there is a defect in either materials or workmanship within the warranty period, Beckley Auto shall have the option to either perform remedial service work at no charge to you, replace the defective warranted part(s) without charge to you or refund to you the entire charge for the warranted repairs, minus any previous refunds. Warranty repair costs or any refund will in no case exceed the cost of the original repair or service.

WHERE YOU CAN OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

If you are within 50 miles you must return your vehicle to Beckley Automotive Services to obtain warranty service. If your vehicle is inoperable you may be eligible for certain towing and/or rental care benefits as determined by the Warranty Administrator.

If you beyond 50 miles or unable to return your car to Beckley’s you must call the Warranty Administrator, at #1-800-452-6272, from 8:00a.m. to 8::00p.m., Monday through Saturday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays. The administrator will direct you to the nearest participating NAPA AutoCare Center location. If there are no NAPA AutoCare Center locations authorized to perform such work in your area, the Administrator will direct you to an authorized non-NAPA AutoCare location.

WHAT YOU MUST DO TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

Any consideration for warranty service must be approved by Beckley’s (515-243-8185) or the Warranty Administrator prior to any repairs.

You must keep a copy of this repair order and present it when seeking service under this warranty. If warranty work is performed at a participating NAPA AutoCare Center location, you must temporarily surrender possession of this repair order. If there are no NAPA AutoCare Center locations in your area, you must obtain authorization from the Warranty Administrator prior to any warranty repair work by calling #1-800-452-6272. If the non-NAPA AutoCare location will not accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, you must pay for the warranty service and submit your original repair order and warranty service repair order to Beckley Auto or the administrator for reimbursement. In all cases, these original document(s) will be returned to you as soon as practicable by the Warranty Administrator.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

You must pay for any non-warranty service you order to be performed at the same time as the warranty service. This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration or tampering.  The Dealer’s employees and/or agents do not have authority to modify the terms of this warranty or to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty. This warranty does not in any way include incidental or consequential damages (additional expenses which you may incur as the result of faulty repair or service). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY

This NAPA National Warranty does not cover any repairs not listed in the section “What is Covered by this Warranty”. Specifically excluded are any repairs involving replacement or removal of internally lubricated parts and other such repairs as listed below:

I. ENGINE Any internal repairs or replacement of internally lubricated engine components or replacement of the engine assembly.

II. DRIVETRAIN Any internal repair or component replacement requiring the removal of any internally lubricated drivetrain component including the automatic transmission or transaxle, manual transmission, transfer case, differential assembly, ring gear, pinion shaft and related gears and associated bearings with the above. 

IV. AUTO BODY, PAINT, MOLDING REPAIR A. Any repair or materials related to auto body repair work. B. Glass related repairs.V. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

V. VEHICLES USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES

Warranty coverage for ANY listed internally lubricated components installed by Beckley’s is the responsibility of Beckley Automotive Services and subject to all conditions above.
