I brought my Mercedes E300 to Beckley for the first time today. I've always had it serviced at Mercedes Benz, but had hear great things about Beckley and decided to try them. I was not disappointed! Mike was very responsive in my initial phone call and I was able to get in within a couple of days. Everyone was great when I arrived and turned over my car. Mike called to explain what was wrong, how long it would take to fix and how much it would cost. He also provided me with an estimate for another issue I asked him about. The car was ready in 4 hours! FANTASTIC! Will be bringing my car back for the spark plugs soon. Thank you Beckley Automotive!

Great work, communication, and customer service. I left my work bag in the car at closing time and an employee agreed to stay there a few minutes after closing until I could grab it. He didn't have to, but he did. Greatly appreciated!!!
